To use Live Chat, simply follow the steps below.

Step 2: Click on “Live Chat” button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Fill in your details (Name, Email & Message) that you wish to chat with us. Once done, click on “Start Chat”.
Step 4: Chat with our agent!
Step 5: Once the conversation has ended, you can rate the experience by clicking on the “👍” or “👎”. You may also leave a comment if you wish to share your feedback for our future improvement. Hit “Send” button once done.
Step 6: You may exit “Live Chat” by minimizing the button.
